Job Description Job Description Salary: Based on experience and education As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our clients each day by providing counseling services to your assigned clients including individual, family / group therapy sessions, and promoting a healthy environment. You will partner with the Clinical Supervisor to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment for our adult or kid clients. Responsibilities: Schedule and complete diagnostics assessments within 48 hours Keep accurate and Medicaid complaint documentation Other duties assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in case management, social work, or other related fields Experience working with an electronic health record system of some sort Experience completing Medicaid billable progress notes Experience in conflict resolution Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Must have experience doing Diagnostic Assessments and treatment planning Must have transportation, valid license with less than 4 points and insurance Minimum of BSW Must have valid drivers license with less than 4 points, Valid insurance Must have minimum of LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW-S, LPCC-S
