PSE Group LLC, a pioneer in project management and precision workforce placement, is seeking a motivated and strategic Territory Manager to join our dynamic Automotive Sales division. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our sales operations within your assigned territory, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring your team meets the ambitious sales targets that our reputation is built on. This position requires a proactive approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction to uphold PSE Group’s standards of excellence in the automotive industry. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales personnel toward achievement of sales objectives. Manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners within the territory to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Negotiate contracts with new and existing customers to ensure sustainable profit growth. Attend industry events and seminars to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends. Use data-driven approaches to lead and drive sales team performance, facilitating collaboration and skill-enhancement trainings when necessary. Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
