technologies, seeks a seasoned Security Account Sales Exec II to
join our dynamic sales team. This position involves promoting our
cutting-edge security solutions that enhance building efficiency,
sustainability, and security to our high-value clients. You will be
crucial in nurturing our clientele relationships, identifying new
business opportunities, and driving sales growth in focused
geographic areas. A deep understanding of our products and a
commitment to integrating technology and innovation in building
management will be key for success. Identify and cultivate new
sales opportunities and provide solutions tailored to client needs
Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships, ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Prepare detailed
proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits and
features of our security solutions Meet or exceed sales goals
within the designated geographic area Stay current with industry
trends and competitor activities to effectively respond to client
needs Participate in regional and national trade shows and
conferences Strong understanding of building management systems and
security products Proven strategic sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop tailored proposals and presentations Strong
analytical skills to interpret market data and sales analytics
