Commercial Paving Sales Representative Position OverviewSpartan Paving, part of the Outworx family of companies is looking for a Business-to-Business Sales representative in the Waterford, MI area. In this role you will service existing customers as well as cultivate new opportunities and relationships. Commercial Paving Sales Representative Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential customers, and industry contacts
• Visit project location, attend pre-bid meetings, and assess drawings and specifications
• Manage sales leads from initiation through to closure
• Take pictures and measurements, create aerial maps, and formulate a scope of work
• Act as a problem solver and uses brainstorming, collaboration, and teamwork to help drive the best outcomes for our business and for our customers
• Assist Operations with Project Management and Completion
• Assist Office Staff with Invoicing and CollectionsCommercial Paving Sales Representative Experience / Requirements
  • 1 - 3 year of sales experience, concrete and asphalt paving sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite-Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
