Job Description Job Description About the role Step onto the
production floor where your shift begins with a quick handoff, a
safety check, and a clear target for the day. You’ll assemble
components with care, keep machines running smoothly, and support
the flow of parts from receiving to shipping. This is a long-term,
contract-to-hire opportunity with clear pathways to join direct and
grow your career. Schedule and pay 1st shift: 7am–3:30pm 2nd shift:
3:30pm–12:00am Pay: $17 - $17.65 per hour What you’ll do Assemble
components to spec and keep the assembly line moving safely and
efficiently. Operate production machinery; set up equipment for
runs; monitor quality and output. Support material handling,
picking/packing, sorting/cleaning, and shipping/receiving as
needed. Collaborate with teammates across production and warehouse
areas within the automotive environment. Contract-to-hire
advantages Eligible for health insurance during the contract

applies). REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to pass a drug screen and
background check Must have a GED or High School Diploma Leather
