CIVIL LITIGATION | MEDICAL MALPRACTICE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Michigan Seeking a 5 years' Associate to Mid-Level Attorney with
Civil Litigation experience to join a growing Medical
Malpractice/Health Law practice group. This reputable full-service
law firm in Oakland County is looking to expand their dynamic
MedMal Defense team to help manage an existing caseload in their
Health Law practice area. MedMal Defense Litigation experience a
plus. Opportunities into a succession plan and partnership track
available. Duties and Responsibilities: Represent hospitals,
medical centers and health care professionals Drafting pleadings
and motions, responding to written discovery Conducting and
defending depositions Appearing in court and arguing motions DOE
Base salary $120K-$150K plus bonus; billable hours bonus program;
