Corporate Recruiter Location - Troy MI Remote 6 Month Contract Overview: This position is responsible for developing, leading, and participating in cost effective recruiting strategies that attract a diverse pipeline of qualified internal and external candidates to meet the current and anticipated hiring needs of the organization. Responsibilities Responsible for full cycle recruiting on designated requisitions and proactive development of candidate pipelines for specified disciplines in Manufacturing Environment. Partners with the business in developing and engaging workforce forecasting that will allow the talent acquisition team to develop recruiting strategies and source candidates prior to openings -- Act as a conduit between Human Resources and the Business Partners to assist them in meeting the people needs of their function -- Organizes recruiting plans for various roles and manage recruiting resources to deliver consistent and timely results -- Conducts continuous searches and mining candidates via the ATS system to identify talent for both open and future requisitions -- Ensures full utilization of the applicant tracking system for candidate management and reporting -- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs -- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, attending career fairs, networking, and utilizing job sites. -- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules -- Lead trainer for new TA recruiters on Taleo and recruitment process -- Operates as SME on hiring process and Taleo for plants and other HR team members Qualifications -- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition practices within a corporate or plant environment. -- Experience in applicant tracking software, Taleo preferred -- Must possess knowledge of employment law and OFCCP regulations -- Ability to be successful in a team environment and to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities -- Independent and innovative thinking -- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint Education -- Bachelor's Level Degree Areas of Study -- Human resources or business administration Please apply online or send resume to Why Kelly -- ?
