Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Dietitian to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Evaluate and complete assessments and/or consultations on high-risk patients timely per department policy. Educate in-patients and out-patients on therapeutic diets considering various individual factors. Provide services to ESRD patients receiving outpatient dialysis, including assessments and care planning. Calculate and develop therapeutic diets, serving as a resource for nutrition staff. Serve as a mentor for students, interns, and hospital staff, participating in educational activities. Handle Medical Nutrition Therapy orders and updates within EMR as per policy and scope. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in dietetics or food and nutrition; master's preferred. Registered Dietitian credential required within 3 months if not already completed. Licensed to practice dietetics in Ohio. One year of hospital experience as an RD, LD preferred; additional certifications desirable. Competency in nutritional care, including age-specific and cultural needs. Adherence to professional practice standards by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
