Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Michigan speech license and ASHA certification Driver's license with picture identification Background check Skills checklist from Agency Resume/application Certifications (BLS, ACLS) Records of nursing related competencies/exams Tuberculosis test records/Hepatitis Vaccine record Influenza or declination Copy of agency's Certificate of Liability Insurance Drug Test Attestation form Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Shift Hours: 0800-1630 Location Highlights Garden City, MI offers diverse recreational and cultural experiences.
