Disease, Carotid Disease, Hemodialysis Access, Peripheral Vascular
Disease and Limb SalvageManage conditions with medications,
lifestyle changes and non-surgical interventionsCall coverage for
ten night/weekend shifts per monthSchedule includes (2) clinic days
and (3) procedural daysSupervise advanced practitioner(s)Educate
patients and promote wellness, prevention, and early detection by
providing materials, resources, and services to patients and their
familiesMaintain responsive, open communication with referring
