Perrysburg is hiring Resident Assistants (RAs) to support seniors
in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. No license or
prior healthcare experience is required—we’ll provide training to
help you succeed. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and ready to

build a career in senior care. What You’ll Do Assist residents with
daily living activities including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and
meals Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Offer reminders for medications and help with light daily routines
Encourage and support resident participation in activities and
social programs Maintain a safe, clean, and home-like environment
Work alongside nurses and care team members to support
individualized care plans Qualifications No license required
—training provided High school diploma or GED preferred Prior
caregiving or customer service experience is a plus but not
required Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong
communication skills and a team-focused mindset A heart for seniors
