Job Description:

services, is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to oversee
nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care at our
patient-focused inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. The ideal
candidate will bring a proven track record in clinical leadership
within a healthcare setting, embodying our commitment to

patient outcomes. This role demands a dynamic professional capable
of navigating fast-paced environments, fostering a culture of
respect and empathy, and ensuring adherence to the latest
healthcare regulations and standards. Manage and supervise the
nursing staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local
regulations and adherence to patient care standards. Develop and
implement policies and procedures that enhance the quality of
patient care and operational efficiency. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and
evaluate and report patient progress. Administer nursing staff by
recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Ensure a
compassionate environment by providing psychological support to
patients, friends, and families. Prepare nursing staff for
accreditation and licensure exams by organizing training and
educational workshops. Monitor and optimize inventory of medical
and nursing supplies, equipment, and medication. Proven leadership
and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and
standards Ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure
environment Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered
Nurse (RN) license required. Certification in Nursing
Administration (CNA) or similar is preferable.
