Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Midland, MI Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $1,898 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ID: 74838242 Shift: Days 12 hours Variable 12 Hour Day Shifts (Anything between 6a - 8p) / Call Required / Will work Am Description: This position has basic knowledge of operative procedures in order to assess and implement care for ambulatory surgery patients.Responsibilities(30%)*Regularly assesses patient s/client s needs and provides skilled nursing services as prescribed by the physician authorized plan of care, and accepted standards of nursing practice.(30%)*Provides direct patient resident care, including medication administration, treatments, call lights, assisting with transfers, responding to alarms, etc.(20%)*Evaluates effectiveness of treatment plan and makes suggestions or participates in updating/revising the treatment plan in collaboration with other team members, utilizing current information to improve patient care.(10%)*Processes physician/provider orders and performs physician ordered care accurately, completely and in a timely manner.(10%)*Follows up regarding medication changes and order clarifications.
