Physical Therapist Location: White Lake, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,252 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 5x8 (may be open to 4x10s) Experience: Minimum 0 years preferred, 1 years preferred License: Active Physical Therapy License Certifications: Current BLS certification Must-Have: - Case Management skills - Evaluation and Assessment skills Description: Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation therapy. You will be responsible for evaluating patients and creating tailored treatment plans. Conduct assessments such as fall risk assessments and physical therapy evaluations. Manage a caseload of approximately 25 active patients. Expected productivity is 8-10 visits per day. Experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions is advantageous.
