care is needed to deliver expert patient care and leadership during
surgical procedures. This role ensures the assessment of each
patients unique needs, the development and implementation of
individualized care plans, and ongoing evaluation to maintain the
highest standards of safety and effectiveness in the surgical
environment. The RN provides vital supervision to the OR team and
facilitates clear communication among patients, families, surgical
staff, and hospital departments. Responsibilities: Assess surgical
patients needs and develop tailored care plans. Implement and
continuously evaluate patient care throughout procedures,
prioritizing safety. Supervise OR activities, coordinate schedule
changes, and prepare necessary equipment and supplies. Assist
anesthesia providers as needed and maintain the sterile field.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, OR
team members, supervisors, and ancillary departments. Engage in
professional development through in-services, educational meetings,
and staff seminars, contributing to team growth and leadership.
Desired Experience: Active RN licensure. Experience in operating
room nursing and surgical patient care. Strong leadership and
interpersonal communication skills. Ability to anticipate and
