Key Responsibilities: Deliver instructional and behavioral assistance to students with special needs, focusing on those with behavioral challenges. Implement and support behavior intervention plans to promote positive outcomes. Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to enhance academic engagement and ensure student safety. Adapt support techniques to meet individual student requirements in both 1:1 and broader classroom contexts. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum one full school year of experience working in a school setting with students who have behavioral challenges and special needs. CPI Certification preferred. Must fulfill at least one of the following educational criteria: Minimum of 60 college credits, Associate degree or higher, Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment. Present updated resume. Two professional references from managers are required.
