Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support
preschool and elementary students at an elementary school setting.
This contract role spans the current school year from January 16
through the last day of school in June 2026. The focus is on
providing specialized speech and language services to preschool
students enrolled in Early Childhood Special Education and
tuition-based classrooms, as well as offering additional support to
speech-only students at the elementary level. Responsibilities: -
Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool and
elementary students. - Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students needs. - Collaborate with
classroom teachers and special education staff to support student
progress. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student
services and progress. - Provide direct therapy sessions, targeting
communication skills and language development. Qualifications: -
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. -
Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children,
especially those in Early Childhood Special Education. - Strong
understanding of speech and language disorders in educational
settings. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. -
Ability to manage a full-time caseload and maintain thorough
records. Location: - Elementary School in Warren, MI This role
