We are seeking an Electrical Prefab Manager to join our team. This permanent role will require you to manage the labor, materials, and production for our electrical prefab department. What we offer: Total Compensation: Ranging from $140,000-$200,000/yr Benefits 100% covered by the company 401k match Company-provided laptop, phone, and vehicle (for qualified candidates) Annual bonuses Opportunity for substantial growth/advancement Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of electrical prefabrication, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness in the prefabrication process. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that prefabrication plans align with overall project goals and objectives. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and protocols, particularly in sensitive environments such as healthcare facilities. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the prefabrication team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Keep up to date with industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance prefabrication processes and outcomes. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining open and effective communication and ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a strong focus on electrical prefabrication. Proven experience in managing and overseeing prefabrication processes for industrial, commercial, and healthcare projects, including hospitals. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and prefabrication techniques. Must be proficient with Bluebeam. OSHA 30 is required. Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and liaise with various stakeholders. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of guiding and motivating teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Interested in hearing more?
